Chairman Ron Fanetti called the annual cemetery meeting to order on September 8, 2008 at 9:12 pm.  Gary Yakesh made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the June 11, 2007 Cooks Valley Cemetery meeting.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0. 

Discussion was held on obtaining possible funding by the Veterans for veterans gravesites in the cemetery.  The expected expenditures for next year are tombstones, cleaning and refurbishing. 
 
The town board would like to commend Harry Prince for the very good job of mowing, cleaning, and placing flags on the Veterans tombstones in the cemetery.
 
David Clements made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:17 pm.  Gary Yakesh seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
